Experience the extremely long tool-life of our zirconia tools with the new multilayer real diamond coating FLATCOAT® DIA.
Normal real diamond coatings consist of long singular crystals that extend from the carbide. If damaged during milling, the break can extend down to the carbide, as opposed to the FLATCOAT® DIA coating that stops the break between the alternating layers of micro and nano diamond crystals.
This coating combined with our premium sourced carbide, hi-tech manufacturing/quality control, and unique geometries create a level of tool not yet seen on this planet.

FLATCOAT® DIA MULTILAYER REAL DIAMOND COATING


Introducing the new multi-layer technology made with real diamonds named FLATCOAT®.

This new technique combines alternating levels of real diamond micro-crystals and nano-crystals. What is the advantage of such technology? 1. It results in a much flatter coat which reduces chipping and damage to the coating, and 2. it drastically increases the lifespan of the tool as chips in the coating are reduced to one layer rather than breaking all the way to the carbide.
