We want to make it as easy as possible for Earthlings around the globe to try better tools, so we have completely re-designed our packaging to allow for cheaper shipping options, as well as releasing a new Free Shipping Program.
Based on minimum net spends in the shop and the country we will be shipping it to, you can unlock Free Basic Shipping (either UPS Expedited or normal post worldwide, UPS Basic in Germany), or even better, by spending a little bit more you can unlock our Free Premium Shipping (FedEx International Priority worldwide, or UPS Express 12:00 in Germany).

Free Shipping Options
Options within Germany
Within Germany we have 3 levels of free shipping: Free Basic Shipping, Free Standard Shipping, and Free Premium Shipping. For minimum order requirements please see the Free Shipping Tab.
Options Worldwide
- Worldwide Free Basic Shipping with either UPS Standard/Expedited, or normal post; dependent on receiving country (In Germany Free Basic Shipping with UPS Standard for net order of 99,99 EUR or more). For minimum order requirements please see the Free Basic Shipping Tab.
- Worldwide Free Premium Shipping with FedEx Priority on net orders over a defined minimum depending on country. Excluded from this option are cities and area codes outside of the FedEx normal delivery area. For minimum order requirements please see the Free Premium Shipping Tab.
Delivery Options and Estimated Delivery Times:
Within Germany:
- UPS Express: Various Overnight Options
- DHL Paket or UPS Standard: 1-2 business days on average
Outside of Germany:
- FedEx International Economy: 2-5 business days depending on country.
- FedEx International Priority: Overnight in most countries, delivery by 18:00.
- FedEx International First: Overnight, delivery by 10:00.
- Deutsche Post Estimated Delivery Times:
Note: delivery times can be much longer with this option due to Covid. You know how things go with the normal postal system, but our tools last so long that you should have plenty of time to receive your package. :)
Western Europe: 3-6 days
Eastern Europe: 4-10 days
Middle East: 6-12 days
Africa: 8-12 days
Asia: 6-14 days (except Japan at 3-6 days)
North America: 3-6 days
South America: 6-18 days
Order Tracking
Order tracking is available by logging into 'My Account' in the shop page, and then navigating to the 'My Orders' tab. Here you will see a button to track your order through our partner Aftership.
Order Preparation Times
All orders received by 12:00 CET will be sent out the same day pending any technical or other delays.
Within Germany
For net orders above 99.99 EUR you will see a 'Free Basic Shipping' option during checkout. This package will be sent through DHL Paket or UPS Standard.
In Germany we also offer the Free Standard Shipping Option for net orders above 199.99 EUR. This package will be sent through UPS Express Saver.
Worldwide
Depending on the country, the minimum order requirement will vary, and orders will be sent with either UPS Standard/Expedited or with the normal post.
Note: depending on seasonal volume, shipments sent through the local postal systems may take several days longer than the posted estimated delivery times on the Shipping Info Overview Tab. This package is also not insured, but is still trackable.
Within Germany
For net orders above 299,99 EUR you will see a 'Free Premium Shipping' option during checkout. This package will be sent through UPS Express 12:00 Uhr.
Faster shipping options will remain to be a paid option.
Worldwide
Depending on your country's FedEx Delivery Zone, if you meet a defined net minimum order value you will see a 'Free Premium Shipping' option during checkout. This package will be sent through FedEx Priority. Excluded from this option are addresses that lie within the listed cities or zipcodes found here. (Note that in some cases where customers are within these restricted zip codes that we will send the package with UPS Standard as the Free Premium Shipping option and will remain at no charge).
Faster shipping options will remain to be a paid option.
