G.T. Graphite Tools
WITH FLATCOAT® DIA COATING
Experience the extremely long tool-life of our graphite tools with the new multilayer real diamond coating FLATCOAT® DIA.
Normal real diamond coatings consist of long singular crystals that extend from the carbide. If damaged during milling, the break can extend down to the carbide, as opposed to the FLATCOAT® DIA coating that stops the break between the alternating layers of micro and nano diamond crystals.
This coating combined with our premium sourced carbide, hi-tech manufacturing/quality control, and unique geometries creates a level of tool not yet seen on this planet.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT
The Invader Series
Introducing the new Invader series; a patented design proven to increase efficiency when milling graphite electrodes.
The extremely short cutting edges make for a super stable tool, along with the pronounced flutes that allow for easy chip evacuation, you can machine graphite like never before. All tools in this series are also manufactured to extremely tight tolerances and re-measured to within 1 micron after production, making these tools not only efficient, but incredibly accurate.

FLATCOAT® DIA MULTILAYER REAL DIAMOND COATING
This technique combines alternating layers of diamond microcrystals and nanocrystals. This results in a much flatter coating, which reduces chipping and damage to the coating. The life of the coating is thus dramatically increased, as any damage to the next nanocrystalline layer is stopped.
